Buying a kilt or other tartan garment is a big investment. Our kilts are made to last a lifetime, so it's usually worth checking the tartan is exactly what you're after before pulling the trigger. Colours can vary slightly depending on your screen resolution, while sett sizes are hard to convey on a screen. Also feeling the subtle differences of the various mill ranges can help you make your big decision. So just order a swatch or two here. 

Because so many swatches can be lost in the post, we send Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, to ensure it gets to you quickly and securely. 

If we don't have a swatch to hand, we order the cloth from the respective mills, meaning it can take about a week to get to you. If you order multiples of the same tartan, those will need to be ordered up. 

Please note that the sizes of the swatches vary depending on the mill and range.
