Delivery Information

We ship orders daily to destinations all over the world and due to the volume of parcels we send throughout our group have negotiated excellent carriage rates with all the major couriers. These savings are passed across to our customers and you will find our carriage rates to be among the most competitive in the market.

Within the UK we ship small orders by Recorded Mail and larger orders by Parcel Force, who provide next day, fully track-able services.

BREXIT UPDATE: Our store is currently closed to the EU during the transition period (although Ireland remains open) - please contact us and we will direct you towards an EU dealer. 

Since the 1st January 2021, orders for the Republic of Ireland are delivered with duty and taxes paid and the delivery cost includes a disbursement fee.

For overseas orders we ship smaller orders via “International Signed For” (5-7 day service) or DHL and larger orders via Parcel Force or DHL.

We carry most of our listed items in stock and for standard products we aim to ship within 2 working days of receipt of the order, although cast items may take a working week if the item is not immediately to hand. For specialist (i.e clan crest) or engraved items we aim to ship the order as indicated on the individual product pages.

After shipping, delivery is normally next day to UK and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.
