Here we have a top-stitch 4-yard, lightweight polyviscose Douglas Modern Tartan kilts, at a fantastic price. An ideal low-cost, casual kilt.

Waist size is set to 36.1" (note that this is not the same as your trouser waist, but taken firmly at belly button height). seat 40.5", Length is 21". Ideal for someon up to about 5'4"

One external strap and buckle, inside has a velcro strip to hold the inner apron.
