Build your jacket around your choice of Kirkton tweed, premium quality 16oz cloth with a striking variety of rich designs. 

Features:

  • Choose from a range of cuff options
  • Fine lining made to compliment the fabric, or if you have something specific in mind, just leave details in the notes.
  • Choice of epaulette and pocket styles
  • Variety of button options

Measuring advice:

  • Waist: measure firmly around waist at navel height.
  • Chest: measure around the chest at under-arm height, while wearing a shirt or t-shirt, with your arms by your side.
  • Jacket Length: measure from the nape/collar of the neck to the seat/base of the spine. We use this, the sleeve length and your height to work out a proportional back length for the jacket. If you have an exact measurement for the back (ie if you've taken it from a well fitting jacket, from the collar seam to bottom) please let us know in the additional instructions box 
  • Sleeve Length: measure from the sholder seam to cuff. The standard length will show about an inch of shirt cuff. 

If you have any queries regarding the measurement process, or would like some additional information before placing your order please contact us. Our waistcoats are made to a standard size, so your waist, height and back measurements determine the overall proportions. If you want to supply additional measurements for your SEAT or HALF BACK as well, or have any other instructions or requests (such as supplying your own buttons, wanting epaulettes. or traditional kilt jacket cuffs) , please use the text box above. As we make all our garments in-house we can cater for most requests. 

This item is made to order in our own tailoring workshop in Glasgow. Lead time is indicated in the drop-down menu.
