This waistcoat is made from Marton Mills Balmoral Tartan range, which is a lightweight, hypoallergenic Polyviscose. Please note that the polyviscose tartans can sometimes have a smaller set size than their wool counterparts, so it is sometimes worth ordering a swatch before purchase. 

Vegan Friendly.

Our five-button tartan waistcoat can be created to your desired look. Features as standard:

  • Satin lining and waist adjuster (cinch). Our tailors can use black jacquard, match the base colour in the tartan, or something more unique. If you have a specific request, just let us know.
  • A variety of button options, including imitation horn in black or brown and several styles of metal. You can also give us details of anything special you would prefer.
  • Available in the Tartan of your choice. 
Our standard sizing is based on kilt jacket sizes - meaning they are for high-waisted garments.  if you intend to wear this with trousers rather than high-waisted kilts or trews, then you'll need to order a longer size - ie if you usually take a 40R suit, then you'll need a 40L here. But if you're unsure, or you need an XL, leave a note in the instruction box - your height will also help us work out what you need, for example, if you're unsure.
This item is made to order in our own tailoring workshop in Glasgow. Lead time is indicated in the drop-down menu.
