Finest quality traditional jewellery Lapel Pin, made in solid 100% lead free Pewter.
This pin is based on the Stirling Castle Bruce Statue, designed by George Cruikshank. From the castle esplanade he gazes towards the site of the battlefield.
Robert the Bruce was a powerful Scottish nobleman, who took up the legacy of William Wallace in the Wars of Independence, defeated the English at Bannockburn in 1314 and became King of Scots. Under Robert was written the Declaration of Arbroath, rooting Scottish sovereignty within the Scottish Nation, rather than by divine right.
Hand-cast and finished in our Glasgow workshop, by our highly trained craftsmen.
Crest Size: 36mm x 23mm.
